I found the hotel itself quite impressive, with its cleanliness and thoughtful design. but unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there were significant delays in service, which really detracted from my overall stay. While the hotel is in a great location for exploring Cornwall, I feel they need to improve their restaurant operations to match the hotel’s quality.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower. I slept well and appreciated the soundproofing.
Service

The restaurant staff were overworked and not very helpful. it felt rushed and disorganized. I didn't encounter issues with reception, but the dining experience was quite disappointing.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the A39. close to Wadebridge and a short drive from Padstow, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Dining

The food was decent when it arrived, but the service was lacking. the gluten-free menu was not truly a menu, which complicated things significantly.

The facilities were generally up to par, though I did not appreciate the check-in process. it felt impersonal without staff assistance.

My stay at Premier Inn Wadebridge offered a clean and comfortable environment, especially given the building's new condition. I appreciated the ample free parking and proximity to sightseeing in Cornwall. However, I encountered significant issues at breakfast, which detracted from my overall experience. The restaurant's staffing and organization need improvement to ensure guests feel relaxed and well-catered for.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was smaller than some other Premier Inns I've been to but well-appointed with a proper hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and a large screen smart TV. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and I missed having windows that opened for fresh air.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, but they seemed inexperienced. While one staff member was particularly helpful, others struggled to keep up with the demands during busy times, especially at breakfast.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located just off the A39, making it easy to access North and Mid Cornwall. However, Wadebridge itself felt a bit run down and empty, and it's essential to have a car as there isn't much around the hotel.
Dining
5.0
Although the food during dinner was quite good, the breakfast experience was chaotic. Items were spread out, and there seemed to be a lack of staff to handle the volume. I ended up going to a nearby Sainsbury’s for breakfast instead on one morning due to the chaos.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel featured a nice restaurant downstairs and good parking, but the breakfast room was too small, leading to long waits for a table. Better organization is needed for the dining area.

I had a mixed experience at Premier Inn Wadebridge. The hotel is very clean and tidy, yet I faced some issues with customer service and the layout of the dining area. The location is convenient for exploring the North coast, but parking can be a bit tight.

I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Wadebridge, which served as a great base for my Cornwall trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and well-appointed. However, I was disappointed with the dining experience, especially at breakfast where many items were out of stock, which impacted my overall enjoyment. I might consider eating out next time to avoid these issues.

While the food I managed to have was nice, I was frustrated by how many items were unavailable during my stay, particularly for breakfast. The wait for food each morning was less than ideal.

My stay at the Premier Inn Wadebridge had its ups and downs. The staff provided exceptional assistance during a family emergency, which I truly appreciated. However, the dining experience was lackluster, with limited menu options and slow service. Overall, the comfortable room and helpful staff made for a decent stay, even if the restaurant left something to be desired. 😌🍽️
